FROM RALEIGH, NC ? 27 miles from sale site location
Traveling on I-40 East, follow signs for Benson/Wilmington, go 8.1 miles, use the right two lanes to take EXIT 309 for US-70 EAST toward Smithfield/Goldsboro, go 1.1 miles, continue onto US-70 EAST for 11 miles, turn LEFT onto Strickland Road, go 0.1 miles, turn RIGHT onto Wilson Mills Road, go 1.7 miles sale site entrance will be located on the right side of the road

All payments are made in US funds. Methods of payment are cash, wire transfer, certified check, or company/personal check accompanied with bank letter guaranteeing payment.
Administrative Fee: There will be NO BUYERS PREMIUM or administration fee charged on this auction. Online Bidders will be charged an two percent Internet Purchase Fee on all online purchases.
All items are subject to state and local tax law. The North Carolina Sales Tax (Johnston County) is 6.75% and applies to all sales, unless proper tax exemption forms are completed.

Auction Item Removal

All equipment must be removed from sale site by Thursday, May 28, 2015. Equipment not removed by designated date, buyer may be charged storage fees upon discretion. Removal of equipment and insurance is the buyers responsibility.
