Lloyd Meekins and Sons Auction Company is honored to be conducting this auction for the owners of the Automated Hemp, Fruit and Vegetable Drying Plant in Warsaw, NC.
The auction is absolute with a 10% buyer's premium.
Walk through inspection will be Monday, July 19, 2021 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
All of the equipment in the auction is in "like new" condition. All of it is food grade and has never been used for any animal processing. The plant is automated and controlled by an Allan Bradley programmable control system. The system is impressive with the conveyors, 4 gas fired dryers, shaker separators, and discharge chutes for the various outputs and end products.

Auction Item Removal
All equipment/items are to be removed by September 1, 2021.
Buyer will be responsible for any damage to the building caused during the removal process.
